Long front zipper for closure. Right sleeve cuff is missing a button. Back Embroidered image features striking Multicolored eagle on Multicolored branch. USS ALBANY 1971. jacket is lined, but lining has a tear (see pics) measurements taken flat 24" shoulder to bottom 21" pit to pit 20" sleeve inseam
