This strapless 1980s party dress in emerald green lam has a trumpet or fishtail hem, and fabulous, figure hugging shirring down both sides of a flat center panel in the skirt. The strapless, sweetheart bodice is boned to help keep it up, when worn. Both the bodice and skirt (aside from the fishtail) are lined in lightweight nylon knit fabric.
