40's Navy Blue Dress with Lace Collar 80s clutch just check photos as some1940s Navy blue, Eve Carter dress with lace collar, shoulder pads and metal side zipper. Three quarter length sleeves with small turn up cuffs. Cute tiered fabric detail on each side of the collar. Belt loops this is being sold as found without the belt.
