Strapless bodice with sweetheart neckline features soft tulle bust overlay which reaches up around the neck. Waist has lace overlay with large black satin bow. Full skirt with 3 layers. Inner lining is trimmed with stiff tulle. Middle layer is the dress itself and then the outer layer is soft mesh tulle. This is a comfortable dress which just happens to be ultra cute.
