Flounce has sweet black velvet 4 leaf clovers. V neck is trimmed in taffeta and has snaps for modesty. Metal side zipper. Brand: Condition: Good very good vintage condition. The underarms need reinforcement mending and have discoloration. Small spot on one of the sleeves, and marks on flounce.
