An original 1954 design, this loose fitting dress (fitted through the waist) has front and back extending into sleeves, cuffs, side front and side back seams, stiffening from waist to hemline, side pockets and asymmetrical bound button closing. The self fringed, single layer sash (wrong side shows) has a narrow hem.
