Front right holds a small satin bow. Interior is finished with a ivory satin and a taupe grosgrain ribbon. Label is Noreen Fashions. The only condition issue is a very faint red streak on the crown. I have photographed this area closely. Inner circumference is 21 inches. Measuring on the outside, side to side is 13 1 2 inches. Alley Cats Vintage is a
