90's Black and White Strapless Floral Mermaid Dress by Niki Livas for Zum Zum checked shirt sleeve green and yellow polka dotStriking 1980s early 90s formal gown by Niki Livas for Zum Zum. It has a lovely Asian inspired flora in black on a pure white background. The silhouette is mermaid esque, with a fitted sheath flaring out at the botton. Black tulle inserts on the bottom at the sides, topped by bows. The bodice is boned and has a lace up back. Fabric is a matte polyester satin. Lined with acetate. Invisible zipper in back. Crinoline attached. Size 7 8. Very good
