60’s Textured Silver Metallic Floral Print Belted Dress by Bill Blass racer jacket strap length 23This Bill Blass gown is exceptional. It is glamorous and unique. The fabric is texturized throughout. The bodice has the silver texture which then works its way down the dress where the floral print and color takes over. There are also two pockets at the hip area! Very comfortable. The sleeves are full with the wrists being elastic in order to be fitted at the wrist. The elastic may or may not need to be replaced depending on if buyer prefers a
