60's Black and Brown Fur Felt Brimmed Cloche Hat by Jacques Heim vintage mod floral recommend for about a modernFabric is a fur felt, Made in West Germany. Deep crown is a dark brown while the floppy brim is a flat black. Hat band is a decorative triple stacked braid with a double grosgrain side streamer. Interior is finished with the standard petersham ribbon. Inner circumference is 21 inches. Measuring side to side but not including the 3 1 2 inch brim, it is approximately 17 inches. Excellent condition with only some makeup staining on the inside ribbon.
