They are gold shiny shoes with leather cutouts sewn on with colored stud dots

10’s Black Silk Pleated Skirt with Rosette Trim by Korrect patterned top 1980’s red coat by VisionA very special 1910s black skirt with braided waistband and rosette details. Side closure. Body of skirt is striped silk faille and side panels are accordion pleated silk. Brand tag reads Korrect. Interior waistband adds extra sturdiness. The snap closures have been moved and you can see where that happened. Can be moved back. Some wear and tear above the snaps near where the hook and eye attach. The worst issue is splitting that needs to be patched
