90's Crimson Wide Brim Hat by Mr. Hi rare 1970s belt Full Length- 30"Wide brim hat in a rich wine color. Asymmetrical wavy velvet brim is accentuated with dribbles of silver glitter. Low crown is black felt with a huge wine net rosette holding a center clear rhinestone button. Underneath is a wired placement cap. Label is Mr. Hi's Classic. Inner circumference is 22 1 2, so this is for a larger head. Brim extends 5 inches all around. Measuring on the outside side to side is 20 inches. Excellent condition showing almost
