Green Sea Turtle Bowl in Iridized Glass P08582-P00139 Part of the artist’s seriesEnjoy a swimming green sea turtle expertly rendered in glass in this large scale bowl. Assembled out of iridized glass using a mosaic technique, it is made of hundreds of hand cut pieces; its realistic natural markings are carefully added using glass powder. Once assembled, it's fused in a kiln and fired until smooth. A secondary pattern evokes the pattern of swirling ocean water showing the iridescent colors. Signed by the artist Materials: Glass
