V neck with fold over sash sewn on collar was cute bow tie neckline button down front with pink hue clear plastic round buttons . The skirt has an apron appearance with down the front a panel of garden flowers framed in checkerboard in polka dots the same fabric is used on the sleeves they're capped with very cute tiny
