It features (thin) shoulder pads, wide lapels, an elastic waist, and pleated skirt. It's made of 100% polyester, but has a silky feel. Very good vintage condition. MEASUREMENTS: This is labeled as a petite 10, but please note that the maximum waist measurement that would work is a 30". I can see this fitting sizes 6 8 best.
