60's White Floral Veiled Clip Half Hat pair 1980s Cynthia Howie Princess Diana-style60s white floral clip hat sometimes called a half hat. Set on moss green velvet covered wire frame and topped with a matching thick veiling to cover the forehead and no further. Flowers are a white silk dotted with a few wired leaves. No label.
