This print is exclusive to PhilineSF, it was designed especially for us by the amazing print Designer, Amber Ellis. These pants have functional buttons at the bottom flare of the pant. They are high waisted and fitted. These pants are great as a separate and also awesome with the matching Jacket or coat!
