The body and sleeves are made of a floral pattern lace and the cape like overlay is made of a different floral pattern lace. There's also floral embroidery around along the neckline. There's a back zipper closure and light elastic at the waist. No label but best fits about a size small 14" shoulder 24" sleeve up to 38" bust 20. 5" length In excellent vintage condition, very
