70's Bright Yellow Maxi Dress with Tiered Ruffles glitter brooch shirt jacket (shacket) with bandedThis maxi dress circa the 1970s features thick straps with a squared neckline, an empire waist and the most vibrant marigold yellow color! There's orange embroidery in stripes down the front, and a ruffled hem. Back center zipper. Bust measures 32 33", empire waist 28", length 53". There's a little pulling under each arm but doesn't affect wear.
