Carrick Josephine Riesling 2014 felsina were vinified seperately and maturedA lively bright nose packed with apricot and jasmine. Clean and balanced, a wine with good weight and texture. Mandarin bursts through in the mouth with grapefruit pith lolling along the palate intertwined with the steely minerality that leaves the mouth fresh. The low alcohol content makes this a perfect lunch time wine or an evening aperitif accompanied with cheese and simple poached fruit. This wine will age far into the future.
