Dumangin Fils Batch 001 Mystery (Scotland) 2007 Single Malt 46% 700ml paul-blanck-et-fils Jeff SinnottThis 12 year old single malt Scotch whisky, aged and bottled in Scotland, presents a beautiful amber colour that conceals a peaty intensity enhanced by the unique influence of Ratafia Champenoisaptly named The Dumangin Champagne Twist. Distilled in October 2007 on the Orkney Islands, part of the Islands Highlands region, it spent 11 years maturing in a refilled hogshead before finishing for 7 months in a Ratafia Champenois barrel (T 032).
