Instituted 1866 by Queen Isabella II. 1938 1975 issue. An enameled white Latin cross in bronze gilt, with obverse featuring a superposed enameled blue anchor, with plain reverse, surmounted by a detailed typical Imperial crown also in bronze gilt, measuring 28. 81 mm (w) x 51. 89 mm (h inclusive of integral ring), presenting minor discoloured enamels and minor oxidation on the reverse, accompanied by original ribbon,
