The 2023 vintage comes from various vineyard sites in Vaupulent, Fourchaume, and Homme Mort. The grapes were hand harvested and sorted, fermented with indigenous yeasts on fine lees, and then vinified 30% in 600L oak barrels and 70% in stainless steel tanks.
