Constructed of gilded zink, the obverse consisting of a German national eagle perched on top of a stylized banner bearing a raised inscription of DR. FRITZ TODT, in turn set above a Deutsche Arbeitsfront (DAF) insignia in the form of a raised mobile swastika within a cogwheel, the reverse with a barrel hinge and banjo style pinback meeting a round wire catch,
