Serbia, Kingdom. An Order of the Star of Karageorge, III Class with Swords, French Made, c. 1918 Buy Now 1940 (London Gazette 5390Instituted in 1904. In silver gilt with red, white, and blue enamels, white enamel cross patte with rays between the arms, with crossed swords, obverse center shows a Serbian cross, surrounded by the words For Faith and Freedom 1804, reverse center shows royal arms of Serbia surrounded by the words Peter I, 1904, inclusive of crown suspension 57. 8 mm (h) x 36. 8 mm (w), on original ribbon, enamels intact, extremely fine condition.
