Strelley Chardonnay 2023 Size::6 Bottle Case balanced finishChardonnay was sourced from select growers in the Derwent Valley (38%), Coal River Valley (30%), East Coast (20%), Tamar Valley (8%) and Pipers River (4%). Fruit was hand picked, whole bunch pressed and fermented on low levels of solids in seasoned French oak. A range of stirring regimes was employed to develop depth and complexity.
