Constructed of gilded bronze with multi coloured enamels, consisting of a Leopold Cross with red enameled arms, the obverse with a central medallion depicting a Federal Republic style German national eagle in black enamel on a gilded background, the reverse presents identical, the twelve oclock arm with a fan and integral loop
