where the standard lettering had been removed and instead Croatian National colors had been applied in white and red lacquer

Constructed of black wool, the obverse bearing a silver grey machine embroidered SS style German national eagle clutching a wreathed mobile swastika, unmarked, measuring 94 mm (w) x 45 mm (h), in extremely fine condition.
