Maltese cross in blue and white enamel, each of the arms finished with two ball finials, Serbian double eagles with shields in each corner, obverse oval centerpiece shows distinctive iconography of St. Sava surrounded by inscription in blue enamel, reverse oval centerpiece shows date 1883 within blue enameled outer circlet decorated with golden laurel wreath, inclusive of crown suspension 68. 2 mm (h) x
