The Storm Cellar Chenin Blanc 2024 Subregion_Dundee Hills The Estate bottling draws fromThe Land Grand Valley AVA runs along the Colorado River around Palisade, Colorado's oldest and largest wine appellation, at roughly 4,700 feet, where hot days and cold nights preserve acidity even in a warm desert climate. The Storm Cellar sources this Chenin Blanc from Grand Valley fruit rather than the winery's own high elevation estate in the cooler West Elks AVA. Sandy, well drained soils and a wide diurnal swing keep the grape's acidity intact
