Constructed of dark grey wool, the obverse bearing a machine embroidered silver grey oval laurel and oak leaf wreath, overlaid by a golden yellow diving Luftwaffe eagle clutching a mobile swastika, unmarked, measuring 58 mm (w) x 64 mm (h), the reverse demonstrating the remnants of an adhesive consistent with previous display, in near extremely fine condition.
