Constructed of red wool, trimmed with blue piping along both the top and bottom edges and similarly bordered by narrow golden wire tresses along both edges, bisected by central red rayon tresse bearing machine embroidered oak leaves executed in golden yellow celleon wire with borders of identical construction, overlaid by a central white rayon disc bearing a machine embroidered black mobile swastika, both
