Vintage Axtion-Packed Fanzine "Bethesda, MD" Issue #1 45 as that's the obvious mediumAxtion Packed was a youth crew focused fanzine from Bethesda, MD. The zine was done by Tim Owen. He later turned the zine into a label of the same name which released the Release 7". Tim eventually joined forces with Darren Walters from Hi Impact and the two formed Jade Tree Records.
