We've seen these overpower even large flying insects. The plant is native to just 2 highland elevation sites in South Africa. It appreciates bright light with temperatures a bit on the cooler side especially at night time. Plants seem to grow best in a mix of 2: 1, perlite: long fibered sphagnum moss. This product is considered a Highland Tropical
