Up Reuseable Cold/Hot Pack elements Made with bonded constructionThe Ultimate Performance Hot and Cold double pack contains two reinforced reusable nylon colour coded packs which can be applied directly to the skin. Each pack will remain at optimal temperature for up to one hour allowing you to administer treatment on the move. The blue cold pack is suitable for freezing and contains a non toxic gel which will remain pliable in temperatures as low as minus 20C and the hot pack (red) is microwavable or can be heated
