Bryan has been making wine from Hilltops for many years, and it shows. Deep red purple. Bright dark cherry, plum, white pepper and toasty oak. Rich, with good poise and concentration, a juicy core of red and black fruit, seamless texture and mouthfeel, mouth watering acidity and balanced oak. A vibrant early drinker.
