We love campanulata hybrids for their compact size and tendency to produce robust lower pitchers in perpetuity
Both parents tend to pass on vigor to their offspring and the tubby shape from tenuis often comes out as a dominant trait
Plants are from a random assortment of clones
The male parent is the Borneo Exotics selected clone of spectabilis x talangensis which has a gorgeous squat shape and a color unlike any other Nepenthes we have encountered

Macas, is a gorgeous new species from Southeastern Ecuador recently introduced into cultivation. It produces long, strap shaped leaves. The petioles are particularly elongated which helps it stretch out to receive light as it grows as an epiphyte in nature. It's really a must have for the collector and is a fast grower under warm conditions. Like most Philodendrons, this variety prefers moist but well draining
