Vintage xXx Fanzine “NEW YORK’S HARDEST” #16 Punk Billy SheehanxXx was a hardcore fanzine done by Mike Gitter out of Boston. The zine ran from 1983 until 1988 producing 20 issues in total, capturing the end of the initial wave of USHC and the birth of the next. Issue #16 features interviews with Agnostic Front and Cro Mags, Dave Smalley, Corrosion Of Conformity, Soul Asylum, Meat Men, and Angry Samoans, and also, of course, many great photos and layouts. #16 was the best selling issue as it sold nearly 2,500
