Ron Zacapa Sistema 23 Solera Rum 1000ml rose citrus-y aromasA firm favourite with rum connoisseurs. This is a truly superb Guatemalan dark rum, blended using an ageing process known as the Solera system. Sublime stuff. Very sweet and nutty with honey and chocolate. Dark brown sugar, gentle smoke and pipe tobacco. Finishes thick, medium length with a hint of smoke on the tail. This was matured in a mix of bourbon and sherry casks. The Beverage Testing Institute awarded this 98 points out of 100. No need to say
