Organic vineyard that receives no irrigation and collects less than 400 litres of rain per year. Handpicked in October 2020, the grapes are table sorted before undergoing a week of cold maceration, then fermented with natural yeasts and minimal intervention. The wine embodies Arcano's desire to produce wine from grapes in the most natural way possible. Colour is a deep purple
