It is named to a woman called Siegfriede Sauerbrey, stating that she served as a Flugmeldehelferin (female plane spotter auxiliary) during the Sudetenland campaign (September October 1938). It is dated to Vienna on October 1, 1940 and signed by a Lieutenant Colonel and Regiment Commander, the name is illegible. It also shows the facsimile of General of the Flak Artillery Friedrich Hirschauer
