Sassara Veneto Bianco Bio ‘Misia’ 2023 2005 Adelaide Hills Gamay from WoodsideA traditional blend of Trebbiano, Garganega and Tocai. Spontaneous fermentation with 3 days skin maceration gives a sense of depth to the bright, full and energetic fruit. This is NOT simple boring juice, it has texture and shape informed by old vines and expert winemaking. Aged in stainless steel. No filtering or fining and minimal added sulfur as necessary.
