Pies bake quickly and evenly, thanks to the heavy base and thick sides. Made from 99. 1% pure iron, this pie dish is built to last. Its lighter than cast iron but with the same patina building qualities. It becomes more non stick over time, so pies release easily. The dish is pre seasoned with flax oil so you can use it straight away. Iron cookware is
