Each Spcial Club cuve is subjected to the judgment of a very demanding jury of professionals (winemakers and producers) during two approval tastings: a first tasting of vins clairs and subsequently a tasting of champagne. Visual examination: golden color with yellow reflections, fine and delicate perlage. Olfactory examination: rich in
