Vintage Gatorade "Sports Specialties" Snapback Hat Rap & R&B PA in 1983Gatorade was founded in 1965 by a team of scientists at the University Of Florida. The goal was to create a drink that would help refuel the athletes, the Gators, during their games. Two years later, they won the Orange Bowl. A few years later, they sold the drink to Stokely Van Camp Inc. and the rest is, as they say, history. Now Gatorade is world renowned for their athlete forward drinks. It's seen at every sporting even and even dumped on the heads
