All grapes are hand harvested and sorted and bought quickly to the winery where the grapes are moved onto a vibrating table to remove unwanted material before being de-stemmed
Dry River Pinot Gris 2022 domaine-de-coyeux gamey when young and fullKiwi fruit, rock melon, stewed rhubarb and white fleshed stone fruit are the obvious fruity aromas here. Bay leaf, ground galangal and other Indian spices, such as cardamom and caraway seed, layer in flavour.
