Robles Oloroso Montilla-Moriles D.O. 500ml 2020 nocase maybe even a chillProduced from Pedro Ximnez and vinified according to the same process as sherry, the wines from the region D. O. Montilla Moriles may not call themselves sherry but it is a finely expression of it. The Oloroso shows a rich palette of dried fruits and stone fruits, such as dried apricot, plum and raisins, developing further into notes of mocha and dark chocolate. Overall creamy and full bodied with a long lasting finale.
