The eccentricity of the name reflects the small scale and exclusivity of the operation run by the Schiavon family. Their grappa is characterised by purity and true to variety aromatics and flavours and the striking packaging is all done by hand. Grappa Viola is made mostly from Glera (Prosecco) from the Cartizze cru, with a small amount of Moscato.
