Constructed of black and grey wool with silver aluminum wire, consisting of a Cross Patte, the obverse featuring a machine embroidered silver aluminum wire frame frame with ribbing executed in a pebbled format, with a dark grey wool core, the six oclock arm with a date of 1939 similarly constructed of silver aluminum wire, with a central black wool
