Les Peyrautins Chardonnay gaglioppo Malolactic conversion takes place inBrilliant pale straw colour with a subtle tinge of green around the outskirts and a watery hue. Aromas of white peach and pear are followed by hints of dried honey, citrusy nougat and faint bacon fat notes. Rich and amply fleshed, mouth filling ripe peach, pear and honeycomb flavours overlay nougat and bacon fat characteristics. A full, creamy textural feel counterpointed by an underlying freshness. Finishes long and well rounded.
